Smaller room and board style. A private bed-sitting room with en suite facilities for each resident.  Shared dining and sitting rooms, TV room, kitchen, laundry and guestroom.

Specific diets may be accommodated to some degree. Should be discussed prior to moving in.

Residents have access to main kitchen. No personal kitchenettes and no appliances allowed in rooms, ie. no hotplates or kettles

Bath:

Shared bath and seated shower facilities.

Accessibility:

Accessible for walkers. Not wheelchair accessible.
Scooters parked outside. Gravel driveway with some incline.

Pets:

No dogs, cats, or other animals that may be tripping hazard. Birds and fish allowed.

Smoking:

Non-smoking residence. Smoking permitted on yard outside.

Parking:

Parking available on a first come first served basis. No extra cost.

Transportation:

No

Cable/Phone/Internet:

Cable included. Phone resident responsibility. No internet.

Storage:

Some closet space in each suite. Storage locker included, approximately 3X4+ ft.

Air Conditioning:

Central air and heating publicly maintained. In-room vents can be adjusted.

24-hr Staff:

House coordinators on call 24/7, but are not 1st Aid trained/ no medical qualifications. No emergency call system in place.

Activities:

Exercise classes are provided twice a week. Independent activities encouraged, such as gardening, helping out in the kitchen, etc.

Amenities:

BBQ and patio area outside. Laundry machine, soap and dryer provided. Guest room for rent.

Comments:

Some bumps in doorways. Residents are responsible for managing their own daily living tasks including personal care and laundry, and should be physically capable and mentally alert.
